Customer Care and Handover Management


Our focus is on new developments, we therefore have a comprehensive handover process which takes in to account the varying and demanding requirements of the handover for initial management from a wide variety of clients. 

We have a suite of processes and documents that we interrogate and roll out in order to standardise elements of our management and risk management. However, ours is not a “one size fits all” approach and just as no two buildings are the same our approach to handover is tailored to each property.

Whilst it is accepted that the client is experienced in customer care and plot handovers we do offer Customer Care and Handover Management as a service at additional cost.
